New York Art Fair-2019 (Pt2)

One of the most interesting booths at the New York Art Fair was this one dealing primarily in conceptual video installations by internationally recognized artists. Very cool and interesting works.  I only wish I had taken live video of one of the installations.

This Frank Stella mixed-media work is a vibrant, movement-filled triumph for this contemporary master.  It demonstrates why this visionary, 80s artist is still a  power-house after decades of output..

This image demonstrates why I love attending Fine Art Fairs.  While walking the aisles of the show, I turned a corner and discovered this wonderful portraitist and fell for the work immediately.  Some day soon I hope to bring this talent to the Houston market.

And finally for this post, I conclude with this.  I often find most abstract work to be contrived and poorly executed.  But here I found a one artist gallery that was filled with these beautiful works.  They are perfect for the Houston market.
